Wage Management
We are considering all the required elements (equality, balanced wage, compliance with current wage, wage proportional to promotion, integrity, objectivity, clarity) in our wages. Additionally, to pay the employees what they deserve, we use rates and coefficients determined according to wage system performance evaluation.

After 12 months period the employee is evaluated according to wage system that is based on skill, encouragement, and performance. We are adding the seniority wages according to predetermined periods. We are evaluating returns and share of profits under encouraging wage model.
Thus, we can evaluate our personnel in every aspect. After all these evaluation, we determine the rights of the employee for the following period.
